I have terminated my NTUC membership. Can I still retain my NTUC Plus! Visa Card?
As the NTUC Plus! Visa Card is only for NTUC members, you cannot retain the card upon termination of your NTUC membership.

You should contact OCBC's 24-hour Customer Service Hotline at 1800 363 3333. Upon reporting, you will not be liable for further Visa and NETS transactions on the card. We will treat this as a 'lost card' situation and issue you a replacement NTUC Plus! Visa Card.
What happens if someone uses my NTUC Plus! Visa Card without my permission?
You should follow the same procedure similar in an event whereby you had misplaced or lost your NTUC Plus! Visa Card. Contact OCBC Bank at 1800 363 3333 and NTUC Link at 6213 8008 immediately to report this.
What happens when the ATM machine retains my NTUC Plus! Visa Card?
Please call OCBC Contact Centre at 1800 363 3333 immediately to report the incident. Your NTUC Plus! Visa Card will be treated as "lost" and a replacement card will be arranged for you.
