When you sign up for an account on FairPrice* using your mobile number or email address, you will be prompted to connect to your Plus! membership automatically upon creating, so that you can access your LinkPoints.
If you do not see this prompt, it means that your account has been automatically connected to a new Plus! membership as we were unable to find a matching Plus! account based on your registered account credentials on FairPrice. Should this be applicable to you and you would like to connect your account to your existing Plus! membership instead, reach out to us via the web form and provide us with the details registered to your Plus! membership.
